Made out of durable resin. Sold in packs of 20.
Caps only.
(When installing the inner cap, the effective thread of the nut will be 23 mm.)

The inner caps fit well, but they do take some force to push into the Monolith lug nuts. I had to use the lug key to fully push them in until they clicked.
