The 2016-23 Mazda MX-5 Miata ND is a fun, lightweight sports car, but the factory brakes left room for improvement. Wilwood’s motorsports-proven Dynapro forged aluminum, four piston radial mount calipers deliver improved stopping power with less deflection and a more consistent pedal feel. The 11.00” x 0.81” (280mm x 21mm) GT slotted rotors are machined from proprietary Spec37 iron alloy with 72 internal cooling vanes. The race-spec kits feature Lug-Drive floating rotors, dynamically mounted to eliminate thermal stresses, and aggressive BP-40 racing brake pads, plus Type-III hard anodized calipers. Street kits use the same calipers and fixed-mount rotors with street-performance BP-10 brake pads. Street calipers are available with a gloss black or red powder coating
