Weld-in Kswap engine mount brackets for S-chassis.
One downside of the Kseries engine is the engine harmonics. With the thin metal of the S-chassis and the harmonics of the Kseries engines, it can be a bit much if you are not used to driving a car with solid engine and trans mounts.
With this setup, we saw a 46% reduction of NVH on our S13 at idle and 38% reduction during cruising.
*It is important that you check over all of the clearances around the engine after the install. Although we have compensated for the compression in the bushings to clear the subframe and hood, it is still very tight.
Check the oil pan to steering rack bolt clearance, and if you are running our power steering kit to check the frame rail to pulley clearance.
If you are building a high horsepower or a dedicated track car, we recommend staying with the solid mounts.
This kit was designed to be utilized with the current billet engine mounts for the S-chassis.
Front subframe has to be removed, cleaned, cut, and weld in the new brackets using the supplied 3D printed template.

Pair of Energy Suspension polyurethane engine mounts
Pair of 3D printed templates
4 sets of bolt and nut for engine mounts
New 1-piece billet aluminum engine mounts are currently in development to be used with this kit.
