Description
Aerocatch hood pins are sleek aerodynamic alternative to the traditional hood pins.
These sit flush, so there is nothing protruding out of the hood. Nothing to snag or interfere with the aerodynamics of the car.
The latch is made of very durable 50% glass filled nylon. All components are 303 stainless steel, so you will not have to worry about corrosion. The posts are anodized red aluminum. Comes with all hardware including a template for you to use, to aid in cutting and placement of the latches.
New for 2013:
New kits come with two moulded fixing plates included to provide for an easier and nicer installation. Also included in the 2013 kits are two small arrow stickers which are generally used in racing applications. These stickers can be applied to point towards the operating button to allow safety workers quicker access in the event of an emergency.
