The slim, refined spokes and compact rib shape push the limits of casting technology, minimizing depth and weight without sacrificing rigidity.
The outer flange is cleverly positioned around the outer circumference of the disc, creating a clear boundary with the rim. The spoke ends are gently inclined, and at the back is a wall engraved with cast lettering, giving the design a three-dimensional feel and strength. The spokes placed on the outer rim flange are designed to ensure solid rigidity against the loads the outer rim receives. And by extending the twin spokes to the limit of the rim flange, the visual presence can be increased by about one inch.
We trimmed away as much material as possible around the center, and paid no attention to design. We achieved both
visual and actual weight reduction through undercuts on the outer periphery of the nut hole and design holes around the nut hole.
WFT (WORK FROWFORMING TECHNOLOGY) is used for all inches.
