A while back, one of our clients came to us with his Toyota 4-Runner and how he wanted to install a lift kit and some other upgrades.  

The particular front bumper client wanted installed does not work with the Limited bumper, so we sourced a brand new SR5 bumper from Toyota

We mocked up the SR5 bumper and taped off the area that needed to be cut off

Not much of the SR5 bumper is left.

Install the winch system and wire up

The bumper has provisions for RIGID LED fog and Behind The Grill LED light bar.  Just have to wire it up.

With the bumper done and out of the way, we start on the suspension.  Our client wasn't very happy with the previous setup, so we recommended the King Shocks with heavier front spring rate to support the weight of the bumper and winch.

During the install, we noticed a bad axle and replaced that while we're in there.

In order to run the 37" tires, you must cut off part of the frame the protrudes into the wheel well.

Now that we have the suspension and chassis modified and done, we move onto the side steps, which involves trimming the side rocker panel.

Lastly we add some finishing touches with new LED headlights, tail lights, and no Overland style 4-runner would be complete without a legit roof rack!
