Description
RWD Kswap turbo manifold.
CFD aided design to maximize flow with wastegate priority. Collector is machined out of billet 304 stainless steel to allow for proper merge.
Our manifold directs the exhaust flow towards the wastegate allowing the wastegate to control boost and prevent boost creep.
Each manifold is TIG welded using SCH10 tubing.
Manifolds are back purged to ensure durability, then ported to ensure maximum flow.
Updated version comes with additional bracing to cope with vibrations of the Kseries.
