Responsibilities and skills:
- The ideal technician candidate must be able to diagnose malfunctions, as well as perform the necessary repairs for them.
- Mechanic will perform vehicle repairs within their current capability/skill level.
- Clearly documents and records work that is performed on the work order under his/her supervision.
- Communicate with supervisor for any discrepencies or additional work that may be needed.
- Road tests vehicles when required.
- Ability to perform any additional related duties as required and assigned by supervisor.
- Can multi task to accomplish a goal within the designated time frame.
- Values time and uses it efficiently and effectively.
- Thrives working as a team.
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience as an automotive mechanic / technician
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license
Join our Shop Team! - Production Welder
We are looking for a motivated welder to join our team. We are looking for someone that can fit and weld together complete assemblies and can contribute to finding new and improved ways of producing new parts. Occassional break from production welding, you will be working with the technicians to fabricate components for in-house builds, where you will be allowed to employ your skill set to be effciently creative.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in TIG & MIG welding
- Development of welding projects by analyzing work orders
- Ability to use and maintain basic shop equipment (i.e. mills, lathes, tubing benders, slip rolls, shears, plasma cutters, band saws, cold saws)
Join our Marketing Team! - Social Media Content Creator
Video encompasses most of what we see today for marketing, and will continue to expand into other outlets. We want to take advantage of this opportunity as we are rapidly growing.
This role will assist us with how we present our brand to the public in a professional manner as we strive to develop more innovative parts and showcase our in-house builds. We also stock and distribute many parts and want to showcase what comes through our shop with explanations for our customers.
As a content creator, it will be your job to find a style of videos that works with our brand be allow you to be creative.
Responsiblities:
- Bring concept to Publication for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
- Strong content creation skills: photo, video, editing, and storytelling
- Copywriting skills for captions
- Occasional Event Documentation – Off-Site Motorsports/Automotive Event Videography
- Engage with the audience by replying to comments, and DM's
- Creativity and trend awareness
- Project management: planning content calendars and deadlines
- Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategy based on performance
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Understanding of SEO and website traffic funnels
- Experience running paid advertising campaigns
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing strategy
- Customer Service mindset when responding to comment/messages.
- Photogrpahy and/or videoagrpahy skills
- Able to work independantly
- Strong communication skills
